Lazy Girls 7 Tips To Lose Weight Fast

Do you find that you’re just a bit too lazy to lose weight?

It’s Kaz here from Kaz TV.  I’ll give you a tip.  Losing weight doesn’t mean sweating it out for hours in the gym.  I’ve got seven tips for you today on how to kick start that weight loss and help you lose weight fast.

One, having a glass of water before each meal will help you lose weight fast.

Not only will it help increase your water intake, it will also make you feel fuller, and therefore you won’t overeat.  Water is a super ingredient for weight loss.  It flushes out the toxins in your body… the toxins that hold carbs.  Water is important when on a higher protein intake… it helps your kidneys to stay healthy.

Two, make a few easy swaps. 

Swap sugary dressings for something like some olive oil and balsamic vinegar.  Swap soft drinks for herbal tea or water.  Swap sugar for natural substitute like stevia or Natvia.

Three, watch your portion sizes. 

Only have a hundred grams of protein with unlimited non-starchy vegies for main meals and fifty grams of proteins for snacks.

Four, get moving, get grooving.

As I said before, you don’t need to do strenuous exercise and sweating it out in the gym to lose weight; but incidental walking really does add up, so walk the kids to school or take the dog for a walk.  It all adds up.

Five, lose the booze.

Now I know, girls.  We all like a glass of vino to help us unwind at the end of the day; but when we’re trying to lose weight, we need to lose the booze.  It stops your weight loss in its tracks.

Six, make sure that you’re eating regularly…

so you need to have your three meals a day and preferably three snacks.  Snacking on high protein food keeps you full, keeps your blood sugar level stable, and helps you lose weight.  You actually need to eat more to lose weight.  How’s that?

Seven, and this is the best one of all, have a day off.

You can’t deprive yourself the whole time.  What you need to do is to have a good healthy meals during the week, and then have a day off, and then get straight back on it the next day.  That way, it’s a lifestyle change, and it’s something you’d be able to stick to for the rest of your life, not just to lose a little bit of weight, and then put it back on again later.

Are any of those seven tips hard?

No way, girl.

Losing weight is easy, even the lazy of us can do it.  Believe me.  I’m one of the laziest, so I had to make this system of mine quick and simple weight loss quick and simple.  That way, anyone can do it, and can keep the weight off forever.
