Kaz’s Christmas Survival Guide Part TWO of three.

Hi girls, it’s Kaz here with paaart two of my Chrissy Special.

So what should we eat on Christmas Day?  A traditional Christmas lunch is perfect.

Your hams and your turkeys are great.

Avoid your roast potatoes and your breads as much as you can and your stuffings and then stock up on your really yummy vegetables.  Seafood, not only is it delicious, but it’s also really good and a source of high protein.

As I said before, make sure you just have your pudding in moderation.

Remember, you don’t have to eat until you’re stuffed like the turkey.

As I said, try not to overindulge but still have a good day.  Then the next day, have a protein only day with all that yummy ham and turkey that’s left over from the day before.
