Does It Matter What Time I Eat?

Hey girls it’s time to answer some of your questions with Kaz’s Q and A.

Hey it’s Kaz here from Kaz TV! Well thanks for all your lovely messages this week, and I’ve received some lovely questions, so I’ll be answering them over the next few weeks.

I’ve got a question here from Monique. She says,

“Dear Kaz, does it matter what time I eat?”

Great question Monique, it’s not about what time you eat, but how often you eat.  It’s really important to eat every two to three hours to keep your body in a fat burning mode.

A good rule of thumb, is to eat about half an hour after you get up in the morning…so breakie, for example, say I have it about 7:00 to 7:30. Then morning tea, you have it at about 10:00 to 10:30, lunch around about 1:00 to 1:30, then afternoon tea about 4:00 to 4:30, your dinner about 7:00 to 7:30, and then your supper at about 9:00 to 10:00… around about that time.

Of course that all depends on what time you get up in the morning. It’s not so much the time you eat, but how often that you eat.

Eating every two to three hours keeps you from getting hungry and stops those nasty cravings. That way you’re not hungry, you’re not craving things, and you’re losing weight at the same time.

How good is that?
