Hi girls, we had a lot of fun (and cheeky chocolate!) making this episode. You're going to have a chuckle.

This week I expose the #1 weight loss secret. This secret is often not taught on weight loss programs because it is the key to life long weight loss (they don't want you to know this so you keep buying their product… lose weight, gain weight, lose weight, gain weight… you know the merry go round) Well not me. You deserve to know how to control your weight forever.

Have you ever been good, started to lose weight, then you got bored, then you went back to your old habits?

What you need to do is clearly identfy your 'Weight Loss Why'.

Finding and using your weight loss why is the difference between a big butt, a small butt… and but I… (watch the video and you will understand!)

Your weight loss why is the real reason you why you want to lose weight.

This is how I tell my girls to find their why in only 3 easy steps.

 

Step 1.


It has to be a strong emotion. The best and strongest 'whys' are emotional, and they are usually a painful emotion. As humans we take more action to avoid pain, than to get pleasure, so painful drivers are strong.

It has to be something that makes your stomach churn, your heart pound, it has to ignite a fire in your belly.

Step 2.

It has to be strong enough to drive you through temptation. It must be more compelling than the temptations you will face. It will make you unstoppable.

Step 3.

Keep asking yourself – why? Why do you want to lose weight? To look good? – Nope that's not emotive enough. Everyone's why is different. My 'why' is I don't want to be a poor role model. Statistics show that your children's weight is dictated by one main influence… your weight. I could not live with myself if my children were overweight, unhealthy and inactive because I was. That pain, that image in my head, that emotion drove me to Weight Loss Secret Revealed and get healthy. It still drives me today to remain the new person that I have become. That a pretty strong emotion, one that I can recall whenever my will power is tested.

As my man ET (Edward Thomas) says… "You gotta want it, you gotta want it as bad as you wanna breathe"

    Kaz, when I listen to you it’s like you know me so well. My why is that I’m sick of losing weight and then regaining it. I want to feel comfortable with myself and I only do if I am lighter in weight.
